Ensure adherence to GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies; support internal and external audits. Collaborate with IT and operations to enhance automation, integration, and reporting efficiency. Cross-Functional Support Partner with operations, project management, and procurement to support pricing, budgeting, and cost control decisions. Provide cost insights and performance analyses to drive profitability and efficiency initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 in cost accounting. Experience in manufacturing and construction industries, preferably modular or prefabricated housing. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, job costing, and WIP accounting principles. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail. Knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, and internal control best practices. Technical and Software Knowledge Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP required. Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP-based reporting.
