With two very different buildings to maintain, one focused on aquatic life and the other on an interactive, high-energy guest experience, every day brings new challenges and plenty of opportunities to show off your skills. ✨ Qualifications & Experience Key Responsibilities: Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot all areas of the attraction's equipment and machinery, including HVAC, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems. Perform proactive maintenance and safety checks, including ladders, tools, and general building integrity. Handle day-to-day repairs, including painting, drywall, lighting, AV, and general facility upkeep. Conduct both planned and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance the guest experience. Support exhibit setup and takedown, ensuring all displays and technical elements are safe and functional. Operate power tools and equipment safely while following OSHA guidelines and PPE best practices. Monitor building systems, identifying and correcting any hazards or maintenance needs.
