Provide intervention, support, and assistance during hospitalizations, injuries, deaths, abuse cases, and other critical or emergency situations as needed. Prepare meals based on established menus, considering each individual's diet, health, and physical needs. A DAY AS THE COMMUNITY SUPPORT SPECIALIST: As a Community Support Specialist, you will collaborate across departments to ensure homes are operated and maintained in alignment with CLC standards. Provide intervention, support, and assistance during hospitalizations, injuries, deaths, abuse cases, and other critical or emergency situations as needed. Prepare meals based on established menus, considering each individual's diet, health, and physical needs.
