Our Retail Business Group team is currently seeking an Account Manager who is responsible for managing and growing the relationship between NPD and multiple specialty retailers in key industries (consumer electronics, apparel, home, footwear, and beauty). In this role, you will you aid in building actionable, value-added insights, manage and grow the retailers' relationship, and drive revenue within the assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with retailer contacts to develop strategic business insights regarding the retailers' most important business issues/needs, both short and long-term.

• 6+ years of experience within data analysis, client services, account management or sales. Category Management or Key Account management within a manufacturer or retailer a plus.
• Corporate retail experience with exposure to point-of-sale data analyses and store level applications with a deep understanding of how data can be used to identify business building opportunities for clients.
• Ability to synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data and develop meaningful insights using several data resources.
• Ability to generate/support creative ideas and effectively sell those ideas.

For the Managing Consultant, Environmental Permitting Project Manager position, the anticipated annual base pay is $87,316 - $101,602 (USD) . Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. We also may have instances where employee's fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above. We are seeking a Data Center Engineer for a 24x7 support of 600 + multi-vendor, global server environment (Windows and Linux), enterprise backups, and data center monitoring in our Port Washington headquarters and global offices. The Challenge:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our company's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. What You'll Take On:
ERM Framework Development: Lead the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the company's ERM framework, policies, and procedures.

Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies and controls, and monitor their effectiveness.

Risk Culture: Champion a strong, proactive risk culture across the organization by providing training, guidance, and support.

Ad-Hoc Projects: Lead or contribute to special projects related to emerging risks, regulatory changes, or strategic initiatives.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, or a related risk function.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing an ERM framework.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, analyze complex data, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Preferred:
Master's degree in a relevant field.

The Challenge

Possess a deep understanding of all Palo Alto software features (e.g., App-ID, User-ID, Threat Prevention, WildFire, GlobalProtect, SD-WAN, etc.) and best practices for configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting.
Lead and execute software upgrades, ensure patch management, and maintain the security posture of our firewall environment.
Load Balancing & Application Delivery:
Manage and optimize F5 BIG-IP LTM/ASM/APM devices for application delivery, load balancing, and security.
Network Automation & Scripting:
Drive the adoption and implementation of network automation initiatives, leveraging programming skills (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform) to streamline network operations, configuration management, and deployment processes.
Develop and maintain scripts and tools to enhance network efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve overall operational agility.
Champion best practices in network programmability and contribute to the team's ongoing development in this area.
Wireless Network Management:
Design, deploy, and maintain a highly functioning and resilient wireless environment using Meraki access points, ensuring optimal coverage, performance, and security for all users.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
Utilize and optimize network monitoring tools, specifically Checkmk, to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve network performance issues and outages.
Perform in-depth troubleshooting of complex network incidents across various platforms.
Mentorship & Collaboration:
Act as a mentor and technical lead for junior network engineers, providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering their professional growth.
Contribute to a highly collaborative team environment, actively participating in knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to network design, configuration, and documentation.
On-Call Support:
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (1 week primary, 1 week backup) to provide 24/7 support for critical network infrastructure.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in large-scale enterprise network engineering, with a significant portion in a senior or principal role.
Expert-level proficiency with Palo Alto Networks firewalls (PAN-OS, Panorama), including advanced features and troubleshooting.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with BGP routing in a global multi-circuit environment.
Strong experience with Arista EOS and Meraki network devices (switches, APs, MX).
Demonstrated experience with Silverpeak (Aruba HP EdgeConnect) SD-WAN.
Proficiency in F5 BIG-IP LTM/DNS/APM.
Proven programming/scripting experience (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform) for network automation.
Strong understanding of cloud networking principles and experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
Extensive experience with wireless network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, particularly with Meraki Wi-Fi.
Familiarity with network monitoring platforms like Checkmk.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant industry certifications highly desirable (e.g., Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), CCIE, CCNP, Certified Meraki Network Associate/Professional, etc.).

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $133,900 and $198,160 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
