Manage budgeting processes and monitor financial performance, including expenses related to clinic operations and administrative resources. * Plans clinician workloads and caseload distribution to ensure balanced patient coverage, clinician well-being, and adherence to budgets. * Partners with the Revenue Cycle and Business Development teams to ensure accurate billing workflows, credentialing compliance and adequate reimbursement structures. * Reviews financial dashboards and key performance metrics to guide program decisions and sustainability planning and recommend areas for process improvement. * Resolves documentation gaps, ensure billing aligns with CPT codes, and adhere to healthcare regulations and payer policies. Position Requirements * Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field. * Current California License as a clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD). * Minimum of 8 years providing clinical service and supervision in a social service/mental health and/or substance use setting. Conducts phone referrals, performs intake screenings, as well as prepares and files client charts for the adult residential program. Assists with scheduling client transportation to appointments with other community support services. Conducts routine walk-through of program facility; notes problems and prepares a physical plant and client safety status report. Develops and maintains counseling skills through seminars, workshops, or other forms of training related to substance use prevention. Attends and participates in program and Agency staff meetings, and all other duties as assigned. Position Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent. The ability/flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Associates Degree in Human Services or related field; a minimum of 1 year experience preferred. AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) registration is required for all Residential Counselors.
