Evaluation and report of HVAC equipment and systems operation performance. Keeps tools, equipment and personal protection items in excellent conditions by using them correctly and providing proper maintenance according to the fabricant. Work with compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, expansion and discharge valves, temperature, humidity controls, fans, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing, and related HVAC components to have equipment operating in excellent conditions. Documentation of every step of the procedures worked out in the execution of repairs, maintenance and / or occasional retrofit installations. Compliance with EH&S, OSHA and EPA rules & regulations applicable in the HVAC Service business and compliance with the company policies.
