What You'll Do
Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:

Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
Tag and save parts, turn in parts, if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer.
Advise service advisor immediately if any additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed with the promised time.
Document work performed.
Road-test vehicles to ensure repair has addressed the customer complaint.
Quality check work performed.
Attend training classes.
Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
Ensure that customers' vehicles are kept clean.
Administer safety and housekeeping policies and procedures
Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations, governing service repair work.

This position will be accountable for performing fast, accurate, high-quality alignments, diagnosis and mechanical service on light, medium and heavy trucks, as well as agricultural vehicles. Services include, but are not limited to:
Preventative Maintenance Service
Alignments
Brake Systems Maintenance & Repair
Tire and Wheel Service
Trailer Repair
Suspension Repair
This position is technical in nature and requires a large commitment and investment in personal training and development. As you gain knowledge and experience, you will be able to start working towards your A.S.E. Certifications (company paid).
Requirements:
Must have at least 1 years of experience servicing automotive, commercial truck, or farm vehicles
Steering & Suspension state certification is required
You must have a current valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Must be able to work occasional Saturday shifts
Able to lift 75 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
Must be able to stand, kneel and crawl while operating equipment and tools
Must also be at least 21 years old
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
