Key Responsibilities:
+ Answers customer calls and inputs all customer trip requests using a computerized scheduling system.
+ Provides accurate responses to callers' questions about schedules, trips and other questions using information made available to the agent
+ Accurately schedules trips through specialized software, in accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provisions and company requirements; determine if trip is to be scheduled by pick up time or by arrival/appointment time; inform customers accordingly
+ Provides transit information to passengers; providing friendly, professional customer service interaction; answers calls from clients and schedule services
+ Monitor call wait time, and number of calls in queue; efficiently address customers' needs so other customers can be helped
+ Follows rules and regulations of the Company; follows instructions of management and supervisors
+ Adheres to all regulations related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
+ Maintains confidentiality of passengers' information
+ Maintains a clean and well-organized work area
+ Other duties as required.

Work Schedule
By applying for this position, you acknowledge and understand that shift assignments are determined based on business and operational needs specific to the Los Angeles market.
Available shifts include 6:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m., with corresponding schedules of Wednesday-Sunday, Thursday-Monday, Friday-Tuesday, or Saturday-Wednesday.
Final shift assignments will be determined according to client requirements and operational priorities and may be adjusted as needed to support business demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate/Drive van/truck or other car, (assignment may be alone or with a co-driver) five days a week; able to sit still and stand for long periods of time;
Capable of responding quickly to changing and potentially high-pressure environments;
Responsible for gathering, lifting and transporting heavy computer equipment of up to 50 pounds
Install equipment and ensure it starts successfully
Complete duties in a timely manner while adhering to schedules
Complete daily reports and documents
Assist with simple vehicle adjustments and settings while cars are parked.
Set up cars for charging and maneuver cars in parking lot
Disinfect cars, work stations and prepare sanitization kits.
Maintain Transdev's high standard of safety, inside and outside of the vehicle;
Work mostly individually but also in small groups of 2-10 people;
Be the deputy for vehicle launch and preparation
Communicate any uploading errors while also focusing on high priority uploads.
Package and ship equipment needing repair.
Assist with asset inventory/checkin/checkout process

Basic troubleshooting at shift startup.

Required Education and Experience:

MV Transportation is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager who will be a dynamic, multi-task-oriented senior professional to manage all day-to-day maintenance aspects of this fixed route and paratransit bus operation. The Fleet Maintenance Manager will ensure that all contractual requirements are achieved, and duties included will consist of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports. Qualifications
Talent Requirements:
The Maintenance Manager shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing the maintenance of a heavy-duty bus or truck fleet; two (2) years of experience in maintaining and/or managing the maintenance of vehicles in a fixed route and paratransit fleet.
Must possess in-depth knowledge of mechanical maintenance and repair methods and practices, strong knowledge of diesel, CNG and electric vehicle systems, and proficiency with maintenance management software.
The qualified candidate will have operational and working knowledge of compressed natural gas fueling systems and demonstrated experience through training and work experience maintenance of major components and vehicle systems (e.g., transmissions, HVAC systems, air systems,11 compressed natural gas (CNG) engines, gasoline engines, CNG fuel tank inspection procedures, and maintenance of electric transit coaches, etc.).
The Maintenance Manager shall have experience in supervising the work of other maintenance personnel, ranging from mechanics, parts clerks, fueler/washers, etc..
Previous passenger transportation in the current project or a similar environment preferred. Must be able to manage and interface with the client.
Must have the ability to track and control parts inventories, vendors and suppliers.
Must be able to properly prioritize, implement and manage work schedules, projects, and assignments.
Must be able to manage the financial/accounting aspects of a fleet maintenance operation.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in written and oral formats.
Must have computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and Microsoft outlook.
ASE or manufacturer's certifications a plus.
Solid knowledge of managing audits, PM schedules.

While monitoring is generally split between taxi and van operations, occasionally, this position will back up the other monitoring position and thus will be cross-trained. Service provided includes paratransit service in accordance with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) as amended.Key Responsibilities/Duties: Typical work tasks include service quality monitoring using information from SF Paratransit's scheduling/trip and debit card transaction databases, van and taxi inspections and submission of various reports on service quality. Must be capable of inspecting service provider facilities, records, vehicles and “audit” training programs including those on passenger assistance, disability awareness, sensitivity, substance abuse, etc. Candidate must be capable of conducting follow up on specific complaints, especially those of a serious or recurring nature.This candidate must be capable of developing and regularly filing a variety of reports, including field observation reports, general field/office activity summary reports various transaction and trip audit reports, and special reports as directed, and must be capable of working with data accessed from multiple databases. Good documentation skills, time management skills and ability to work in a team environment with minimal oversight are necessary. Attend regularly scheduled service provider, transit agency advisory committee or subcommittee meetings, and/or public meetings as needed, as well as driver training sessions, and training for supervisors and other personnel. These meetings are usually during the standard business day but may be scheduled during hours considered outside the standard workday.
Attend and prepare minutes for at least one public meeting, quarterly, along with disseminating meeting announcements and recording meeting minutes.
Regular public presentations on the rules and procedures of SF Paratransit programs, in both instructional and community outreach settings; written presentations when needed.
Coordinate, organize, and maintain communication related to programs such as Group Van and Stair Assist.
Support and work with Transit Planner on projects such as those relating to van services.
General office work including data entry, filing, assisting in call center operations

Qualifications
Talent Requirements:
Must have at least three (3) or more years of recent (within the last five (5) years) and relevant experience managing the maintenance functions of a transit bus maintenance shop similar in scope, size, and complexity, and with the same or similar type of transit vehicles/equipment.
Experience managing multi-fuel fleets and knowledge of alternative fuel systems (gasoline, diesel, electric, CNG)
Provide ongoing training for technicians on alternative fuel systems and emerging technologies (e.g., battery-electric buses, CNG tank inspections).

Must have experience managing/ directing 10 plus employees (fleet Technicians/Service Workers/Cleaners).
Experience working with 50 + buses within the last year.
Previous passenger transportation in the current project or a similar environment preferred.
Must be able to manage and interface with the client.
Must have the ability to track and control parts inventories, vendors, and suppliers.
Must be able to properly prioritize, implement, and manage work schedules, projects, and assignments.
Must be able to manage the financial/accounting aspects of a fleet maintenance operation.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in written and oral formats.
Must have computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook.
