As a Coffee Route Driver for Culligan Quench, you will be an integral part of our team, working directly with our customers. This is a high impact position with base salary and commission opportunities. Responsibilities · Deliver coffee consumables to customers along an assigned route· Upsell coffee-related products to enhance customer value· Clean and maintain coffee equipment and accessories during each customer visit· Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed on company vehicle· Provide exceptional customer service to clients within your designated territory· Maintain accurate par levels of coffee consumables at the branch, including: o Conducting regular in-branch inventory counts o Coordinating with Supply Chain to replenish low stock levels· Ensure accurate inventory management at the storage shed· Pick up local supply orders from retailers such as Walmart or Sam's Club· Receive and unload vendor deliveries and organize inventory accordingly· Adhere to company driving standards and safety policies Requirements Must have:- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record- Basic computer skills to record service and communicate with team members- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow- Ability to lift 70+ lbs, bend, squat, and climb ladders- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Must be:- Self-starter and proactive- Professional, and customer service oriented Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision which start day one 401(k) match of 50% up to 6% Paid Time Off Quench offers salary, commission, benefits, and incentive awards.
