Job Title: Boom Truck Driver Reports to: Operations Manager FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Boom Truck Driver to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate a boom truck to lift, move, position, and reposition heavy loads safely, efficiently, accurately, and on-time. The ideal candidate will have experience operating boom trucks and possess a CDL Class B license as a minimum (CDL Class A drivers are also acceptable). While prior experience with boom cranes is desired, it is not a requirement, as we provide training and certification for all boom crane operations in accordance with OSHA requirements. Job Duties: Safely operate a boom truck to lift, move, and position heavy loads according to job requirements. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the boom truck to ensure safe operation. Secure loads properly using chains, straps, and other appropriate equipment. Adhere to all traffic laws and DOT, DMV, and OSHA laws and regulations while driving and operating the boom truck on public and private roadways and at all loading and delivery locations.
