**Job Description**
**Turner & Townsend** are seeking an experienced **Senior Quality Assurance PM, Mechanical** to join our team in support of the Data Center Construction team. The ideal individual will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects.
**Responsibilities: **
+ Effectively manage and collaborate with project stakeholders.
+ Effective communication across our internal team to ensure efficiency and a consistent delivery to the client.
+ Can analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
+ Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
+ Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
+ Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required.
+ Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are being applied correctly.
+ Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
+ Manage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications.
+ Forecast and update key project milestones.
+ Manage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria.
+ Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
+ Rapid response to RFIs from the field.
+ Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required.
+ Independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers.
+ Client management - assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities.
+ Strategic Thinking - provides advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients' objectives and business objectives.
+ Knowledge management - ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project is captured.
+ Process improvement - Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes
+ SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or applicable bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience, specifically working with mechanical systems in the built environment.
+ Strong organizational and management skills - ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
+ Background working in design or construction with a mechanical or BMS controls experience.
+ AND/OR Background working in a vendor equipment factory supporting quality control processes of mechanical equipment.
+ AND/OR Background working in commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment in mission critical data centers.
+ Proficiency managing construction documents including BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E's, equipment submittals and RFIs.
+ Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, Project, Smartsheets, and other construction project management tools

**Job Description**
**Turner & Townsend** is seeking a **Senior Construction Scheduler** to work with our team in **Dallas** , **TX** and a leading technology client on a large-scale data center construction program.
The Senior Scheduler should have experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to plan, develop and execute construction schedules for mission critical facilities. This includes new-builds and retrofits to existing /operating facilities.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of scheduling best practices, resource & cost loaded scheduling, overall construction project controls as well as the interpersonal skills to be able to work closely with the internal stakeholders of the project team on a daily basis.
The Senior Scheduler will take responsibility for end to end service delivery and to act as key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value added service. To be successful in this role you must have great communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing role.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Regular travel to construction site is expected.
+ Effectively work with Stakeholders, Clients, Contractors and Sub Contractors on a daily basis.
+ Develop and maintain a detailed construction program schedule using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments.
+ Ensure that schedule related data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction contractors of actual projects is provided as feedback into the planning and scheduling systems.
+ Implement Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles, responsibilities and expectations.
+ Actively work with project managers, construction firms and subcontractor firms as necessary to maintain schedule integrity.
+ Provide interface and quality assurance to Project functional groups and contractors regarding the tracking and reporting of schedule performance.
+ Ability to coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as required.
+ Prepare and update progress reports as required by the client, including the Integrated Planning / Scheduling contribution to the monthly project report and specific reports / presentations.
+ Produce high level and 1, 3, 6 month look ahead from P6 for reporting.
+ Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules.
+ Actively monitor and communicate any possible project issues that could delay the schedule.
+ Conduct the required project schedule analysis, critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis for the project as a whole.
+ Analyze deviations from the baseline in the Project Master schedule highlighting bottlenecks / delays and propose corrective actions, and highlight the overall schedule impact of any variance / change order.
+ *SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
**Qualifications**
+ Experience working in mission critical environments is preferred including commissioning activities.
+ Construction experience- i.e. "boots on the ground." This is site-level construction experience who knows the construction process.
+ Understanding of best practice relating to the delivery of a construction program is required.
+ Extensive experience creating and managing large-scale construction schedules in Primavera P6.
+ A background in Project Controls is beneficial.
+ Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction sequencing is required.
+ Being able to work independently is crucial.
+ Capable of producing detailed concept level schedules from limited project information. Identifying major phases through that timeline and be able to determine and discuss dependencies.
+ Working closely with various disciplines in project teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the schedules produced without compromising your independence as a scheduler so you are in a position to advise project management on issues requiring judgment.
+ Knowledge of system start-up sequences and major dependencies.
+ Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.
+ Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required.
+ BS Degree in Engineering or Business or related field; or demonstrated equivalent and related experience.
+ PSP certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is beneficial.
+ EIT certification Preferred.
**Additional Information**
**The salary range for this full-time role is** **$120K-$185** **per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. What You Will Do

+ Lead procurement activities and coordinate all owner furnished contractor installed equipment
+ Provide report and tracking of project financials, including change order management & cashflow.

+ Ensure document control (track and coordinate addenda, bulletins, new drawing sets, clarifications, etc) process is in place.
+ Ensure QA/QC is being followed and report any issues/gaps.
+ Ensure tracking of all key project documents, including submittals, RFI's, change orders, invoices and payments, lien releases.
+ Coordination and management of all Owner-direct vendors working with supply chain and consultants.
**Close Out:**
+ Initiate close out process prior to project completion, typically two to three months in advance with the client doc control team, setting timelines and responsibilities.
+ Establish close out documentation requirements. Ensure receipt of all close-out documents until completion, including warranties, as-builts, O&M manuals, etc.
+ Ensure punch list, substantial completion and final completion process through onsite Construction management team.
+ Negotiate, resolve and close out any outstanding change orders, quality issues or disputes.
+ Process and track any final invoices, payment applications, retention payments, etc.
+ Prepare and submit final project accounting and budget.
+ Assist client in scheduling, coordination and management of all Owner-direct vendors, consultants.

Job Description
Turner & Townsend are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of data center construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects with a focus on data centers, critical infrastructure, and technical facilities. The Construction Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, objectives, and design.
Review and approve construction drawings and technical specifications for accuracy and completeness.
Lead and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication.
Ensure all team members are appropriately trained and comply with safety standards and best practices.
Conduct regular progress meetings and maintain up-to-date reports on project status, challenges, and milestones.
Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost controls are in place.
Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining the project's quality and safety standards.
Manage procurement and purchasing of materials and services, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with budget constraints.
Create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule, ensuring all phases of construction are completed on time.
Monitor and adjust the schedule as needed to accommodate any changes or unforeseen delays.
Coordinate the timing of critical tasks, such as equipment installation, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) work, and systems commissioning.
Ensure the project complies with all relevant construction codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Enforce a culture of safety on-site, conducting regular safety audits and inspections.
Oversee quality control inspections and ensure all work meets required specifications and standards.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, senior management, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Provide regular updates on project status, including progress reports, risk assessments, and financial forecasts.
Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships.
Identify potential project risks, including cost overruns, delays, and compliance issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Develop contingency plans for critical issues that may arise during the construction process.
Resolve conflicts on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project.
Oversee the final testing and commissioning of the data center, ensuring that all systems, including power, cooling, and security, are functioning as required.
Facilitate the handover process to operations teams, ensuring all documentation, warranties, and compliance certificates are delivered to the client.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
A minimum of 7 years' experience working in construction project management, with a focus on data centers, critical infrastructure, or similar technical facilities.
Proven experience managing complex, large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
Knowledge of data center design and construction, including electrical systems, mechanical systems, and IT infrastructure.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Advanced knowledge of project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
In-depth understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and precision.
Proactive and solution-driven, able to address challenges head-on.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Previous experience working with data center clients (e.g., hyperscale, colocation providers, or large enterprises).
Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient building practices (e.g., LEED certification, green building techniques).
Experience with risk management and cost control in high-stakes projects.
Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is $130K-$160K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
