Job Description Academic Tutor Responsibilities Tutors work one-on-one and in small groups with high school students to help them prepare for and succeed in their classes. Tutors use students' current work, supplemented by additional materials, to work with these students. Tutors report to the Education Director, who conducts initial tutor trainings, facilitates ongoing professional development for tutors, and keeps in touch with tutors throughout their work with our families. Substitute Teacher - Part Time/Part Year (hours vary per week) at any of our Janesville sites. This is an hourly position at $17.60 an hour. The substitute teacher will work collaboratively with other site and classroom staff to provide educational experiences appropriate to the growth and development of each of the 3-5 year old children assigned to his/her care or 0-2 year old children assigned to his/her care.
