Rutherford County Schools is seeking dedicated and compassionate certified teachers to serve as Alternative Learning Program (ALP) Tutors at each of its three middle schools. The ALP Tutor will provide individualized academic instruction, behavioral support, and social-emotional guidance to students who are assigned to the Alternative Learning Program. This position is designed to help students stay engaged in their education, develop positive behaviors, and successfully transition back to their regular classroom environment. This position is intended to address specific learning needs and help close instructional gaps. The role is part-time, temporary, and seasonal in nature and does not carry eligibility for benefits or long-term placement.
