The oil terminal manager is responsible for the overall safe 24/7 operation of the bulk liquid petroleum terminal relating to the receiving, storing, and loading of petroleum, distillate, and ethanol products via truck, and pipeline receipt. The manager will oversee a terminal operator. Overall responsibility is to direct the day-to-day operation of the terminal including stock inventory reconciliation, maintenance, regulatory adherence, and company compliance. The position will also include P&L oversight and budgeting responsibilities. The primary role of the Regional Entitlements Manager is to accurately manage and track the entitlements phase (including but not limited to annexation, rezonings, horizontal and vertical permitting) of Circle K's project pipeline.
