The purpose of the Service Coordinator is to maintain SFS's office management activities for the Service department, this includes scheduling and answering phones to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction for the department. * Schedule service calls with customers. * Coordinate the necessary equipment/materials accordingly. * Schedule emergency service with customers. * Create Technician schedules. * Schedule all necessary subcontractors, lifts as required. * Work with the Service Operations Manager to review reports and upload for customer access. * Communicate system impairments and service requests to the appropriate Manager. * Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner. * Provide backup assistance on phones for the administrative assistance. * Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner. * Other duties as assigned.
