Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Bachelor/associate degree in engineering or relevant work experience required. 2-8 years' experience based on education, preferred in a Technical or Quality role with 2 years leadership. Excellent verbal communication, problem solving ability, knowledge of quality assurance tools and techniques, clear & concise report writing, strong software and analysis skills. Working Conditions Manufacturing environment. At the spot activity to support investigations, product testing, and dis-assy and re-assembly of missions during repair projects. Open office environment. 5-10 hours of OT each week. OT support required as major quality concerns arise. Travel to frame plants and railheads as needed (2 to 5 times per year).
