Role Overview
Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty is seeking a Multimedia Designer to create compelling, digital-first creative across video, motion, and print design. This role plays a critical part in translating luxury real estate storytelling into visually striking assets that elevate our brand, properties, and advisors.
The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for concepting and executing creative deliverables while maintaining brand consistency and high production standards. This is a hands-on individual contributor role that collaborates closely with Marketing leadership and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
· Design and execute multimedia creative for marketing campaigns, including property marketing packages, brand initiatives, and agent support materials.

· Develop digital and print assets that align with brand guidelines and reinforce luxury positioning.

User experience designer job in Sandy Springs, GA
Department: Product Research and Design We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join our Product Research and Design team, supporting the Business Enablement Portals product group. This role will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver actionable insights that shape user-centric digital experiences.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Quickly gain an understanding of the daily workflows and needs of target user groups, including Restaurant Operators, Store Managers, and Corporate Support Staff.
* Plan, execute, and synthesize stakeholder interviews (in-person and remote) to validate and refine product requirements.
* Develop and lead concept tests and usability tests (in-person and remote via tools like Teams or UserTesting.com), analyzing findings to inform design and product decisions.
* Present research insights clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams using tools such as FigJam and Dovetail.
* Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure research outcomes are integrated into the product development lifecycle.
* Take on additional research-related responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
* 4+ years conducting user research for digital products.
* 2+ years planning, executing, and summarizing stakeholder interviews.
* 2+ years planning, executing, and summarizing usability tests.
* Strong ability to synthesize qualitative data into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Understanding or experience with Enterprise or Business Portals.
* Familiarity with Restaurant Operations and Financial Reporting.
* Experience using research and collaboration tools such as FigJam, Dovetail, etc.

The Georgia Dept. of Corrections (GDC) is seeking a front-end web designer to design & develop, and oversee both intranet websites and the public websites for the GDC. The preferred candidate must have strong knowledge and experience of front-end web design and development with html, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, Drupal content management system, and some JSP/PHP. This is an in person position to work primarily at our downtown location, 7 MLK Jr Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30334. There will be some telework options.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly websites across multiple platforms.
- Must understand UI/UX integration with back-end services based on JSP/PHP and application architecture.
Environment:

Required skills and experience:

Experience with full web design cycle including gathering requirements, project documentation, wire

Design graphics in Photoshop and Illustrator for Public Relations in promoting events.
Create and/or edit videos.
Provide excellent customer service and customer-facing skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
Collect and interpret business and design requirements from internal and external sources.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-level view with planning and strategy for future
innovation.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as under direct supervision. Must take the
initiative to explore and stay current on new technologies and trends.
