Required Experience and Education:

Responsibilities:
Supporting client CDM layers A, B, and C data analysis, data quality, and CDM engineering.
Provide data and gap analysis of all CDM APIs
Provide data quality analysis and reporting by CISA and CDM technical requirements for CDM layer B. Data quality support includes automated asset discovery and vulnerability enumeration of all information system boundaries.
Provide continuous CDM dashboard performance monitoring and data quality analysis for CDM layer C according to the CISA's dashboard software data field versions and requirements.
Provide ongoing CDM configuration management, system-level settings, system monitoring, security upgrades, and flaw management for CDM Axonius, Azure, and Logstash subcomponents.
Facilitating stakeholder meetings
Reviewing deliverables to ensure they are submitted in compliance with ISCM Program guidance
Collaborating with the key stakeholders and data owners to identify and agree upon a source of truth for FISMA system inventories and building ISCM Metrics that fully utilize this inventory
Assist the customer in developing and executing Corrective Action Plans to remediate ISCM-related audit findings.
Reviewing deliverables to ensure they are submitted in compliance with ISCM Program guidance

About the role
NCS Engineers, LLC (NCS) is hiring a Entry Level Electrical and I&C Engineer for our Water/Wastewater department at the NCS Phoenix Corporate Office. The candidate will work on industrial water/wastewater and perform routine, entry-level engineering tasks under the direct supervision of a senior engineer with the goal of developing more advanced applied engineering skills.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
· Minimum of bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
· No experience required.
· Ability to acquire an EIT, PE registration in Arizona or ability to obtain via reciprocity if already a registered PE, ETC.
Qualifications/Skills Requirements:
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills including detailed report preparation.
· Excellent computer, math, and English skills.

· 1-2 years of experience (including internships) in electrical and/or instrumentation and controls engineering in utility, infrastructure, power generation, industrial or commercial projects.
· 1-2 years of experience (including internships) in electrical contracting/construction.
· Successfully passed the Electrical NCEES FE exam.
· Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
· Working knowledge ETAP, SKM Power Tools, or Easy Power.
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

Required Experience
10 Years of relevant IT experience

Responsibilities
Be the primary subject matter expert performing the installation and management of the RSA Archer software and hardware.
Partner with security and infrastructure teams to maintain system availability.
Act as the primary developer and system administrator for RSA Archer.
Design and develop custom solutions within Archer to accommodate business requirements and/or design changes.
Troubleshoot data feed integration, stakeholder notifications, and reporting requirements.
Provide extensive knowledge of RSA Archer.
Train Archer users on the use of the tool as appropriate.
Support eGRC/Archer A&A users to understand and navigate the process and terminology.
Manage eGRC/Archer user accounts.
Perform bulk user upload and single-user account creation.
Provide eGRC/Archer users with technical support.
Transfer data to other applications for reporting purposes.
Export/Import privacy data into SGRC/Archer ingestible templates.
Integrate other software/applications with Archer, specifically through the use of APIs.
Assist system users in performing the process of data import into eGRC/Archer and exporting meaningful reports to management stakeholders.
Assist in validating data fields for use in the import process.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule; rotation is based on the number of team members.

Qualifications:
