Pros of working at Veem

Product is decent though it can improve given that they have been in the business for 10 years now.

Cons of working at Veem

Management and leadership is toxic. Their VP of engineering is not even an engineer but a dude from product background always harassing people and at times using doul language. Downside is that the CEO only takes the VP's openions and VP puts people under the bus when things fail . VP even brushes of the genuine feedback from many employees when some of them even complained about mental harassment. This person knows zero about engineering but puts employees through mental harassment at ore decided times outside of work and reports good of only of the people he bonds with. If the CEO were to check their internal chats with employees, he would know that this is a potential case of workplace harrasment but the downside is that this VP is known for deleting chat evenidences , not allowing meeting recordings as well as going as far as asking admins to find ways to blame employees through their chats just because his ego gets hurt.

CEO has vision but his subordinates harrase employees without knowing mch about the development.

Take feedback from the people who build the platform!

What brings you the most joy at Veem?

The fact that the employees are collectively working towards making this product great. CEO needs to start auding his direct subordinates and check on their way of working, engineering knowledge as well as audit their behaviour with the entire team.
