About The Role
The Global HR Technology Team is a creative community brought together to enable Verifone processes using engaging, collaborative, and leading-edge solutions that are simple, drive integrity and enhance digital people experiences.
As a Senior HR Technology Analyst and member of the HR Technology organization, you will design and implement solutions using a variety of tools including Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Reporting, Integrations, and third-party applications in Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement.
In collaboration with the Manager, HR Technology, you will partner with various cross-functional teams to help support and contribute to solutions that optimize processes, deliver value, and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the technical subject matter expert for Workday and HR systems across the business. Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for HRIS users, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Maintain and enhance integrations using relevant tools and APIs. Proficiency with XML, XSLT, EIB, Workday Studio, API integrations.
Manage technical aspects of Workday modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent and Time tracking.
Collaborate across teams to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement by reviewing configurations and identifying areas to boost performance and value.
Lead technical support during system upgrades, enhancements, and vendor-led bug fixes. Support and manage Workday release cycles - investigate changes, plan ahead and ensure smooth rollouts.
Deliver advanced technical solutions for prioritized projects that require a variety of techniques including configuration, security, data integrity, reporting and integrations, while promoting system health, employee experience and technology capabilities.
Assist team members, technology partners and end users with escalation level troubleshooting & technical support in Workday, including security access, data management, reports, and various queries, through ticket queue management and resolution.
Skills and Experience You'll Need
5+ years of HR Technology experience using Workday Systems ideally with deep cross functional knowledge in two or more of the following areas: HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Reporting, Integrations.
Clear and concise communicator with the ability to effectively deliver messages to individuals and groups across various contexts. ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
The Solutions Engineer for PSPs & ISVs is responsible for driving the successful technical adoption, integration, and ongoing support of Ingenico's solutions within our partner ecosystem. This role works closely with account executives, partner managers, and product teams to provide technical expertise and integration guidance throughout the pre- and post-sales cycle.
