JOB SUMMARY The Mill Operator II is responsible for maintaining safe and effective operations within their area of responsibility in the Mill Department. This is an entry-level position performing post-press-related packaging tasks. There are varied shifts available averaging 20-29 hours per week. We are looking for individuals available to workday and/or evening shifts (late nights, early mornings, and weekends). Job duties will require regular lifting of various printed materials, occasionally lifting up to 35 lbs., and continuous reaching for printed materials during production runs. Reliable transportation is required. Must be able to maintain regular availability for the shifts indicated above. Responsibilities: Feed preprints into the insert machine hopper neatly and accurately. Monitor the insert machine to reduce double inserts and/or skips so that all jackets have the correct inserts. Remove completed bundles, weighing 10 to 50 pounds, and stack neatly for the next step in packaging delivery. During the workday, perform general clean-up of papers, skids, and debris accumulating. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED. Employees must have a high degree of safety awareness. About The Opportunity Position Summary: Process all materials through the Service Center standard operating procedures. Ensure all materials leaving the facility are in an acceptable condition and meet the customers' specifications. General material handling duties using a forklift. Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Loading and unloading incoming/outgoing trailers using forklift. 2. Stage incoming product for processing using forklift. 3. Perform product processing per documented work instructions. 4. Accurate completion of all paperwork. 5. Maintain warehouse accuracy and report any issues that could affect proper inventory counts. 6. Ensures all efforts meet the quality requirements of the customer, reporting any issues immediately. 7. Inspect product and prep for shipment. 8. Maintain safe and clean work areas throughout the warehouse; must follow all ORBIS safety rules and policies. 9. Complete daily equipment checks and inform Service Center Manager when outside maintenance is required. 10.
