Attend and complete any RPC sponsored training. Learn and participate in required TPM activities including AM models. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience HS/GED required. College degree preferred; minimum three to five years' administrative experience preferably in a warehouse; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to follow defined policies, processes, and procedures. Must have excellent computer skills and experience in extracting and analyzing data using information systems reporting tools such as Excel. Efficient with all Microsoft Office products. Experience using SAP, RF Next Gen. Must be able to handle multiple assignments concurrently, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to function in a fast-paced environment. Must have good interpersonal, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Must possess a high level of interpersonal skills to facilitate constant interaction with a wide variety of personalities and management styles. Also, the ability to maintain focus on assigned tasks during constant interruptions by telephone and personal contact. Ability to work effectively with others, both within the company and outside the company, to accomplish administrative duties. Must possess good analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills. Must have good written and verbal skills. Able to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
