Responsibilities:
Receiving
Ensure all supplier & customer ASN's are entered and/or electronically loaded within specified times
Coordinate all material activities as it relates to “sequence only” product
Load and review supplier ASN's against receipts to make sure they are correct and transmitted within specified time windows. Report discrepancies to the appropriate Material Planner.
Compare supplier's carrier against transportation routing instructions, complete Document of Excess Transportation Cost forms as necessary.
Notify appropriate Material Planner/Coordinator when new engineering level parts are received.
Prepare Fed Ex and UPS shipments daily
Generates miscellaneous reports for Materials and Receiving Departments, as necessary.
Enter packing slip information into Trans4M and attach the Bill of Ladings by end of business day. Initiate first follow up directly with suppliers on packing slip discrepancies and ASN issues.
Receive all non-production items against assigned discrete purchase orders. Notify recipient of receipt. Communicate MRO packing slip discrepancies to the originator.
Input DPR for shipping inaccuracies (labeling, no paperwork, no ASN, quantity discrep, late, etc.)
Track approved shipping labels for suppliers
Immediately report all damaged freight to the appropriate Material Planner. (
Monitor inventory levels by running required reports each shift to validate appropriate levels.
Provide direction to inbound carrier drivers for dock assignment and / or drop yard instructions.
Receive, process and store all necessary shipment paperwork.
Shipping
Prepare customer shipping paperwork (bill of lading, packing slip)
Review bank status in Clark System & advise Supervisor of critical levels according to screen
Coordinate daily truck shipments
Fully responsible for “sequence only” product
Provide appropriate paperwork including dunnage loads to carrier drivers.
Provides back-up support for miscellaneous Materials functions.
Assist in all plant wide inventory activities, as required.
Limits of Authority
Advise Department Manager of those situations that may pose a significant risk to the program, product assurance, facilities, employee safety or customer satisfaction results.
Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformance relating to product, process & systems.
Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process or system.
Initiate, recommend or provide solutions thought the appropriate channels and verify implementation.
Control further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency is corrected.

Summary
As a Warehouse & Driver Associate you will be responsible for driving and transporting materials in a raw or packaged form, to and from specified destinations such as plants, construction sites, offices, or within industrial yards by performing the following duties. You will also assist the warehouse in receiving, stocking, filling orders, and general maintenance and cleaning in warehouse.
Responsibilities
On a daily basis, coordinating with the Delivery Coordinator the deliveries of product or material to proper destination by identifying destination, selecting route, driving the vehicle.
Properly loads product and material on company delivery trucks to prevent damage during shipment, double checking against shipping papers along with another warehouse employee for accuracy.
Delivers and unloads product on customer's premises, collects payment if COD, and obtains signature for receipt of goods delivered.
On a daily basis inspect the condition of the delivery truck, such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. Complete Vehicle Maintenance Request form and turn into Delivery Coordinator as required.
Keep an updated truck driver log, all necessary paperwork, physicals when requested and any other legal requirements to drive.
Maintain safe driving practices at all times, noting road conditions and product load, complying with company policies and procedures and highway rules and regulations.
Receives product by unloading vehicles, accepting deliveries, unpacking containers. Conveys product from receiving to designated rack, shelves, or storage bin according to predetermined sequence.
Assembles customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets, shelves, or conveys orders to shipping department.
Opens crates, pallets, and other containers upon receiving for inspection of goods received, noting any discrepancies or damaged product to Warehouse Supervisor.
Help with the general upkeep of the warehouse area such as sweeping of floors, breaking down pallets, organizing of inventory shelves, etc. Maintain safety of building, work area, and other employees by performing all duties within safety established guidelines.
Make sure that the walkways and loading docks are clear of ice and snow, by shoveling, applying salt, or sand, for safety of customers, employees, and company assets.
Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor.
Inform customer of product available for their application via phone call or face-to-face.

Pay Rate: Starts from $18.50 and up with substantial opportunity to increase with high performance
1st shift: 7:30 AM - 4 PM, Must be available to work till 6 pm on either Monday or Friday
What you'll be doing
Pick. Picking items from the warehouse, Matching paperwork to items being shipped
Package. Box or re-box to ensure the item is sufficiently packaged
Computers. Create shipping label in World Ship
Stack. Place shipments on pallets for pickup
Hand Lift. Average 50 lbs. - occasional 75 lbs.
