The Picker is responsible for accurately preparing customer orders for delivery, using voice pick systems or scan guns to locate and pick products from warehouse shelves. They ensure product rotation, wrap and stage orders for transport, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse while adhering to all safety rules and completing necessary training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare customer orders for delivery by accurately locating and picking products from warehouse shelves. Use company voice pick system or scan gun to pick orders and verify pre-stage pallets from Tygard for non-Softeon warehouses. Replenish pick areas by looking up SKU inventory and ensuring product rotation meets company standards. Wrap individual orders for transport and stage them for verification by the order auditor.
