Job Title: Manager, Marketing Enablement (LATAM) Reports To: SVP Marketing Enablement Department: Marketing Enablement, Global Marketing Location: Miami A little bit about our team: The Global Marketing Enablement team is tasked with ensuring that Warner Music Group's (WMG) local and regional marketing teams have the best tools, platforms, and services to execute high-impact campaigns across all Latin markets. We are the strategic and operational engine that connects global MarTech strategy with regional execution, enabling our marketers to effectively break artists, deepen fan engagement, and deliver commercial growth. This role is crucial, serving as the primary point of contact for Marketing Enablement across Latin America, balancing global consistency with the unique needs and innovation opportunities within LATAM. Your role: You will be the driving force behind implementing WMG's marketing enablement strategy across the vibrant and diverse Latin American region.
