Responsibilities for the Web Producer and Strategist include:
* Build, update, and maintain web pages, components, and content blocks within the enterprise CMS (Sitecore preferred).
* Ensure all content adheres to brand standards, formatting guidelines, and accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.2 AA).
* Manage digital forms, document links, redirects, and on-page assets to ensure accurate, high-quality publishing.

* Partner with Marketing, SEO, and Analytics teams to translate campaign briefs into optimized, compliant web experiences.
* Collaborate with Digital Production and Development to identify reusable components, streamline publishing workflows, and improve authoring efficiency.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog refinement.

What you'll be doing: * Become a brand expert with a clear understanding of current brand guidelines, maintaining brand consistency throughout all projects * Collaborate with Senior Designer on projects from conception to completion including sales sheets, brochures, trade show/event collateral, signage, social media posts, email marketing, digital ad campaigns, internal marketing requests, and presentation decks
* Create graphics for our global digital signage system
* Post news stories and create graphics for internal SharePoint intranet site
* Assist with content and visual updates across Marketing collateral
* Editing, regionalizing, and co-branding existing graphics and collateral for global audiences
* Create, maintain, and update presentation decks
* Create original designs based on creative direction established by Senior Designer
* Assist with image sourcing and retouching.
* Organize and maintain files for production and distribution
* Participate in team meetings to plan and prioritize assignments

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in i **nterior design or architecture** and must have completed at least **one year** of study. Candidates who have recently graduated with a bachelor's degree and plan to continue with a master's degree are eligible to apply for these positions. Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor's degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.

The candidate should be efficient in the production of design graphics, construction drawings, and design and planning-related presentations and reports. The position provides exposure to all aspects and phases of the firm's planning and landscape architectural practice, including communicating with internal and external clients. The Urbanism and Planning practices is focused on leading or supporting transformational urban scale projects. The candidate will be expected to maintain regular office hours and participate in company functions where appropriate; domestic travel may also be a potential and the intern must be able to fulfil this task.
A strong focus on studio culture and collaboration is an important aspect of our practice. The candidate should be confident, and willing to work with all staff levels from Entry Level Landscape Architects through Practice Leaders.
Ability to possess an entry level understanding and knowledge of design, master planning, construction materials, techniques and specifications.
Entry level proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, Rhino, other related CADD software.
A college or university student with no more than two academic years remaining before earning a degree preferred, these students are typically in their junior, senior year of an undergraduate program or are in their first or second year of a graduate program.
