The coach may advocate for persons with disabilities to become as independent as possible and integrate into employment and home settings. The coach monitors the client's health, safety, and well-being. The coach acts as a role model and assists the client in having a high quality of life. Coaches distribute and record medications as prescribed by the client's physician. Coaches transport clients to appointments and activities. Paid training is provided. Major holidays are either off or paid double. Dress code is relaxed.
