Our client is an established manufacturer of specialty CNC-based industrial equipment used across automotive, aerospace, defense, medical device, energy, and general manufacturing sectors. They design and build customized and highly engineered machinery used in precision material-processing applications worldwide.
They are looking for a Machine/Mechanical Electrical Assembly Technician who will work in the Assembly Department installing and troubleshooting mechanical components - including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems - of precision drilling machines.
Requirements:
High school diploma (2-year technical degree preferred).
At least 2 years' experience assembling or maintaining manufacturing or industrial machinery.
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Ability to read schematics, mechanical drawings, and blueprints.
Comfortable using precision measurement tools.
Responsibilities:
Install mechanical components for drilling machines (hydraulic, pneumatic systems included).
Assemble coolant systems, chip conveyors, automation and auxiliary equipment.
Provide “red-line” drawing changes when discrepancies or design alterations arise.
Assist with maintenance of all equipment and the facility.
Keep work areas organized and clean.
