    We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician to support and maintain our Mac-based compute infrastructure and associated data center environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Mac devices at scale, ensuring uptime, optimizing performance, performing OnDemand upgrades/downgrades, and supporting production workloads. This role requires a solid understanding of networking fundamentals, especially switching technologies used in modern data centers. This is a hybrid role, with responsibilities split between Mac hardware operations (80%) and network operations support (20%). Key Responsibilities: Primary - Mac/Server Infrastructure Operations (80%) Deploy, rack, cable, and maintain Mac Studio, Mac Pro, Mac Mini, and similar Apple hardware in the data center.
