Job Title: Warehouse Assistant
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8AM- 4:30PM
Pay Range: $16.50-$20/hour
You will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping goods in a warehouse. Duties include loading and unloading shipments, operating forklifts or pallet jacks, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and teamwork to keep warehouse operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Order Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures, ensuring correct items and quantities.
Pallet Packing: Safely and efficiently assemble and pack pallets for shipment, adhering to safety guidelines and load distribution principles.
Product Handling: Handle nutrients and soil products with care, following safety protocols and maintaining product integrity during the packing process.
Bottling Operations: Assist in the filling and packaging of bottles, ensuring compliance with quality standards and production targets.
Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and assist in maintaining organized warehouse spaces.
Quality Control: Conduct routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before packaging and shipment.
Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow warehouse associates to ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
Basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Punctuality and reliability in adhering to the assigned work schedule.
Forklift experience is a plus!

GENERAL PURPOSE\:
The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience. Provides prompt and efficient responses to Customers at all times. Responds to Customer Service calls immediately. Handles all Customer issues in a courteous and helpful way, calling a member of the Store Leadership when needed.
Represents and supports the Company brand at all times.
Maintains a professional appearance, and adheres to the Company dress code at all times.
Performs daily assigned sizing and recovery per company best practice to ensure a neat, clean and organized store that is well-maintained and efficiently merchandised to standards.
Expedites newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor with a sense of urgency, merchandising all items per company best practice to the monthly presentation guidelines and maintaining merchandise/brand name familiarity within departments to assist Customers.
Understands the Loss Prevention Awareness program, the Shortage Highway, the Store Protection Specialist (SPS) position (where applicable), and merchandise protection standards.

Current BLS certification strongly preferred, but not required.
Prior working experience in residential treatment facility, mental health facility, substance abuse treatment center, or homeless shelter preferred.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills required.
Must have the ability to multi-task, problem solve, meet deadlines, follow through, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
