Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining warehouse operations, including raw material rotation and storage, vendor supply and delivery, finished product in the warehouse, delivery of raw material to production, and delivery of finished product to customers.
AUTHORITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring products and supplies are correctly stored and delivered to appropriate internal or external individuals as directed, following all company policies and procedures, ensuring continuous food safety and general safety
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The responsibilities and duties of the Warehouse Worker consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Receive all products from suppliers and vendors, documenting appropriately
Follow proper storage guidelines for all products and supplies within the warehouse
Maintain proper housekeeping within the warehouse to established standards
Participate in inventory as directed
Follow all company and government procedures, ensuring the warehouse is safe and compliant to all regulations
Advise the Warehouse Manager of equipment needs in the Warehouse; alert the appropriate manager to ensure routine preventive maintenance is completed to avoid loss of time
Participate in plant activities with the other Department Managers to ensure production goals are met
Perform any other functions as directed by Company management to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Company
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
The Warehouse Supervisor must be a self-starting, detail-oriented person who can identify needs, then initiate and implement results. Strong interpersonal skills are essential
The minimum job requirements, representing the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities necessary to meet these requirements, are listed in the following paragraphs
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary
Minimum of 2 years warehouse supervision experience, food-related preferred
All necessary state and federal licenses to function as a Warehouse Supervisor
Experience in safely operating forklifts and other standard warehouse equipment
The physical demands described here are representative of those that the employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully
The Warehouse Supervisor will spend prolonged periods of time standing in production areas, including working in refrigerated production areas, for the majority of the day
Must have good hand and finger dexterity to handle or feel objects, operate various types of equipment
Ability to lift or move operational supplies and equipment that may exceed 75 pounds, regularly
Must have command of all five senses: sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste; vision, with traditional correction, must be sufficient to shift in focus from operations lighting in refrigeration areas to office environments
Fluency in the English Language (read, write, and speak) is required since the majority of our customers, vendors, inspectors, suppliers, and subordinates communicate in that language
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, decimals, and fractions as well as evaluate and read orders, delivery documents, and deduce from the evaluation the appropriate action required

At Willow Tree Poultry Farm, Inc., we depend on all of our employees. Therefore, attendance must be 100%. This functional position requires eight (8) to ten (10) hours per workday, five (5) to six (6) days per week. Saturday work is occasionally necessary, as are early- and/or late-weekday meetings with customers, management, and staff. On call, coverage may also be required. Job Summary:
OpenGov is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Subject Matter Expert, Public Accounting with a strong background in accounting or public finance to guide government agencies through the evaluation of OpenGov's ERP solutions. This role is ideal for a public accountant or financial professional who understands governmental accounting practices and wants to help modernize financial operations across the public sector.
As a Public Accounting SME, you will leverage your accounting expertise to assess client needs, evaluate financial workflows, and demonstrate how OpenGov's solutions support budgeting, general ledger, reporting, procurement, and other critical finance functions. You will help organizations understand how modernization can improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency, ultimately advancing OpenGov's mission to make governments more effective and accountable.
Responsibilities:
Work with other members of the Sales, Professional Services and Customer Success teams as an integral part of the OpenGov ecosystem
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for OpenGov ERP solutions.
Develop sales proposals and define solution fit for customer
Provide Technical Sales Support to MEDDIC Sales Strategy
Prepare and present product demonstrations in context of "As Is" vs "To-Be" customer process
Build Technical Champions in sales process
Achieve OpenGov Technical Win. (Solutions/Sales Engineers own the Technical Win)
Identify, evaluate, and recommend proof of concept opportunities
Provide input for technical sections of RFPs/ RFQs
Develop reusable technical assets to support sales activities
Work cross functionally with Engineering, Product Management and Product Marketing teams.
Requirements And Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience as a Sales / Solution Engineer for ERP solutions
Experience with Cloud and SaaS technologies
2+ years working in Government or Public Sector experience preferred
Accounting and Finance background strongly desired
Up to 25% travel
Compensation:
$120,000 - $170,000
On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance.
The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
