You will ensure that each guest gets exactly what they want by politely listening, suggesting items, repeating back their order and being knowledgeable of the menu and the ordering system. This is a key role in the restaurant because you are trained to be efficient in processing orders but need to bring your natural, friendly personality to the forefront to make each guest feel special.
