Reporting Lines & Interactions
The Manager, Media, Entertainment and Sports Industry will report to the Head, Technology and Media Industries Cluster.
Internally, the Manager will work closely with colleagues in the Global Industries Team and business development teams, and with the colleagues and teams driving the work of relevant Forum Centres. Externally, she/he will work with Forum Partner and non-Partner companies and with a broad range of stakeholders in government, academia, and civil society.
Breakdown of main responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities
With delegated authority, the customs expert will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following duties: Substantive • Contribute to the monitoring of sanctions measures and investigation of alleged sanctions violations as mandated by Security Council resolutions related to the Islamic Republic of Iran (hereafter Iran) in his/her area of expertise; • Participate in investigations of alleged violations of the sanctions regime and contribute to reporting thereon through investigative reports, interim and final reports of the Panel to the Security Council, as well as any periodic briefing/reporting as requested by the Committee; • Contribute to the preparation of recommendations by the Panel for improved implementation of the Security Council resolutions related to Iran, based on the Panel's investigations, country visits and outreach activities; • Compile information on individuals and entities that may engage in sanctions violations; • Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations on the sanctions regime and the Panel's activities; • Assist in identifying areas where the capacities of States can be strengthened to enhance the implementation of the sanctions regime; • Contribute to reports that adhere to a high standard of evidence and rigorous methodology; • Provide due process to Member States, entities and individuals to respond to allegations and findings when conducting investigations; and • Take on other duties as mandated by the Security Council and/or directed by the Committee. Qualifications/special skills
The expert will be responsible for analysing Iran's trade activities as they relate to the sanctions regime, as well as assessing developments in national, regional and global customs regulations and their implications for Iran in this regard. The expert will monitor relevant national customs clearance procedures and identify current vulnerabilities of those procedures based on cases investigated by the Panel. The expert will be responsible for investigating alleged cases of non-compliance and techniques used by Iran to evade customs regulations, among others. To be selected, the expert will have to demonstrate substantive knowledge and experience in the area of national and international customs rules, regulations and practices. First-hand experience in customs and sanctions is highly desirable. First-hand experience in conducting investigations is highly desirable. Experience in working with relevant international organisations or arrangements is desirable. Education • An advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in military/strategic studies, political science, international relations, relevant technical field or other relevant area is required. Responsibilities

The Lead, Resilience, Urban Transformation will provide initiative management, coordination, and develop content to advance the World Economic Forum's work on urban sustainability, resilience, and restoration through the Centre for Urban Transformation.
This temporary position will help ensure continuity of activities across the Centre's sustainability and resilience portfolio, with growing workstreams on:

Reporting Lines and Interactions
The Lead will report to the Lead, Urban Transformation who oversees the Centre's Infrastructure and the Built Environments pillar and work closely with internal colleagues and external partners to coordinate programs, events, and communications, ensuring alignment across the Centre's built environment, nature-positive, and place-based initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Chief Purpose & Impact Officer (CPIO) Community: continued scoping and launch
* Support execution of the Q1 2026 launch of the CPIO Community, ensuring engagement of 15+ founding members (Forum Partners).
* Support ongoing community activities and communications, ensuring member continuity and active participation.
* Collaborate with internal colleagues and community management to sustain momentum and prepare short updates for leadership.
2. Building a Marketplace for Urban Resilience: building on momentum and progress of the Urban Transformation Summit
* Continue momentum with key collaborators, including Chief Resilience Officers and other city representatives, Forum Partners and civil society representatives to advance urban resilience work that "builds a marketplace for urban resilience," and is grounded upon the outcomes and relationships developed through the 2025 Urban Transformation Summit.

* Support key elements of the RFP by coordinating initiative management, partner engagement, and integration across the Centres for Nature & Climate and Centre for Urban Transformation in collaboration with a PS firm.
* Maintain continuity of coordination and institutional knowledge between the Davos Baukultur Alliance, 1t.org, and the Urban Restoration workstream, ensuring alignment across built environment and nature-based impact themes.
4. Davos Baukultur Alliance: support to the next phase of work
* Support the implementation of the Davos Baukultur Alliance Roadmap 2025-2027, particularly activities linked to the second Annual Meeting, taking place in Bern, Switzerland in May 2026.
* Contribute to resilience and sustainability elements aligned with the Roadmap's strategic priorities:
* Empowering, Growing, and Diversifying the Membership - assist with outreach to new sectors (including finance, construction, and government) and track engagement data for internal reporting.
* Creating Conditions for Quality - advance work toward the development of the new practical tool for holistic high-quality outcomes, helping gather case studies and coordinate member engagement.

Responsibilities
Within delegated authority, the Documents Management Assistant is responsible for the following duties: • Maintain the electronic database of documents and files for use in ICSC by senior management and staff and substantive divisions of the ICSC secretariat. • Enhance the documentation center current and archive systems in electronic versions by classifying information and updating records; • Assist in digitizing all hard copy files in preparation for flexible workspace • Obtain and maintain publications in different languages and determine archive needs • Respond to document-related queries within the department. • Provide assistance for all meetings of the ICSC by ensuring timely provision of official documentation for all sessions of the Commission in collaboration with counterparts. • Coordinate the dispatch of all documents to and from meetings, following up on delivery and resolving problems for timely receipt of packages. • Update on a regular basis the intranet-based library information resources including participating in the refinement of research parameters based on feedback from users of the system. • Research reference documents in the documentation center as well as external information sources in order to provide background material on specific issues for use in ICSC studies. • Receive requests for information from other UN agencies and NGO bodies and provide responses accordingly. • Initiate low value office furniture and supplies as necessary in Umoja. • Keep an electronic inventory of supplies. • Perform general office management functions including maintaining an electronic registry of correspondence and Registry plan for the ICSC. • Carry out ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
