Integrated Care Manager
Pay: $49,920 ($24.00 hourly), Salary. No less than 0.6 FTE.
Qualifications:

Have a bachelor's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields including, but not limited to, social work, psychology, or nursing from an accredited college or university.

At least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to adults or children with mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance; or traumatic brain injury or developmental disabilities and completes training on mental illness recovery from mental illness, mental health de-escalation techniques, co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse, and psychotropic medications and side effects.

Site checks to include the following:
Complete inspection of the physical space to ensure residents are in compliance with House Rules and Extended Supervision terms set by the Department of Corrections (DOC); including verifying they are within property limits, performing household maintenance, participating in lawn care and snow removal responsibilities, visitation policies, non-possession of contraband and maintenance of a drug, alcohol, and crime-free living environment.

Assist Director in ensuring residents are maintaining sufficient food items for three meals per day.
Collect, inventory, and secure property of residents who are unsuccessfully discharged within 24 hours of such discharge.
Hold accountability to TLP Director. Supervision is ongoing and occurs through individual consultations, in services, departmental meetings, and as-needed when requested by the DOC.

**What you'll do**
As our Inventory Specialist, you will manage stock, ensuring accurate tracking, optimal levels, and efficient movement of goods, involving duties like cycle counts, audits, reporting, and coordinating with supply chain teams.
Maintain responsibility for the material purchasing process including issuing POs, determining appropriate timing of material orders (ensuring best price) and purchase tracking (ensuring in-time delivery)
Maintain organization of inventory and yard at assigned facilities
Order and coordinate project supplies to arrive on time and at the correct location
Receive new material shipments and verify order content and completeness
Physically or mechanically handle and store new material shipments
Develop and create reporting for Min/Max levels, material demand, forecast and budget purposes
Manage inventory for specific jobs by staging materials from each job's pick list
Communicate inventory needs to the Supply Chain Manager
Aid in holding employees and subcontractors accountable to appropriate documentation of inventory as it is taken and returned to designated yards/warehouses
Maintain location(s) inventory list by allocating inventory to individual jobs and tracking inventory changes using a scanner, computer and/or inventory system software
Coordinate and/or conduct physical inventory reconciliations and follow-up on inventory discrepancies
Act as the primary lead at the site for all customer material requests and check outs
Deliver material to other locations or job sites as needed
Participate in and adheres to all Company Safety requirements
Other duties as assigned
**What you'll need**
+ To be 18 years of age or older
+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company
+ Must be able to pass background check and drug tests
+ Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
+ Ability to write simple correspondence
+ Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization
+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
+ Ability to apply reasoning ability and understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
+ Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
+ Knowledge of Internet software, database, spreadsheet and word processing software
+ Must maintain a current DOT health card certificate
+ Forklift certification
+ Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
+ Class A drivers license preferred
+ Travel may be required

* Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
* Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Qualifications
