Your Impact
Maintain Responsible charge of all aspects of surveying and geospatial group within the region.
Oversee the management, planning, scheduling and oversight of multiple surveying and geospatial projects for both internal WSP projects, as well as our external clientele.
Represent WSP at external meetings, conference, and other business development related activities.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) in the state of Florida
Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Surveying, GIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience.)
10+ years of relevant post-education experience in discipline with prior surveying experience in a corporate environment with easements, rights of way, plats, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, property descriptions, and GPS surveys.
High-level experience with both public and private sector work (e.g. state, city, county, utility districts, and private land development.)
Advanced proficiency with/of land survey principles, practices, process, methods and techniques.
Highly proficient expertise with relevant codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
Demonstrated technical competence leading and reviewing technical reports, survey mapping efforts, impact evaluations, siting reports, planning scopes, and environmental permit applications for assigned segments/project.
Ability to work independently and provide guidance and leadership to mid-level to senior level team or project members, with strict adherence to QA/QC.
Experienced with providing critical review for documents and preparing technical deliverables and surveys with a high degree of complexity.
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
