Perform all aspects of design (grading, drainage, water, sewer, hydrology, erosion control, etc.) with an emphasis on technical and project delivery excellence. Participate in value engineering and prepare construction cost estimates. Participate in both private and public sector clients/projects. Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
