American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist - Special Procedures with current licensure and at least 1 year of recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
Work in a special procedures interventional radiology department
Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
13-week travel contract assignment
Cardiac-related special procedures setting
Up to 5 days of time off allowed but must be made up during the assignment
Local candidates within 50 miles are subject to additional local contract regulations
Subcontractor staff living within 50 miles may work a maximum of three consecutive 13-week contracts before a 1-year separation or transfer outside the radius is required
Requirements
Active IR Tech license required if applicable
At least 1 year of recent experience in Interventional Radiology or Special Procedures
No certification may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment unless renewal documentation is provided
Must provide a valid U.S. Social Security Number; Canadian SINs not accepted
No work history gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Assist in the removal of catheter lines, drains, or other devices after the procedure if required, and ensure the area is clean and dressed properly.
