The Retail Sales Vice President is a senior-level role, focused on leading people, driving sales results, and providing exceptional client services. The ideal leader has proven experience creating a culture of excellence with internal partners, clients, retailers, and field teams. An ability to wear many hats and manage frequent program changes will be critical to success in this role, as you will serve as the single point of contact for our client's leadership team and will act as the face of the 2020 brand in all aspects of the program.
As a client services leader, you will work closely with client personnel to ensure the program's overall success through daily communication, strategy collaboration, and program execution. The role will rely heavily on your ability to innovate, execute strategy, and drive sales results at retail. A key responsibility will be creating client- and executive-level presentations based on insights from retail reporting and your in-depth knowledge of industry trends; therefore, experience in consumer electronics is a plus. Your ability to translate ideas into recommended program initiatives and new strategies will be critical to client satisfaction. Having a servant-leader mentality, a relentless drive for continuous improvement, and the ability to connect remotely will be key to success in this role.
The Retail Sales VP will have direct management reports across key divisions, including sales, training, analytics, and operations - this will require an ability to coach and counsel across various disciplines. A key to your success will be having a hands-on approach to coaching and mentoring. The role will also require communicating KPI and brand expectations to staff and ensuring the program is not only able to track, monitor, and report on in-store performance, but ultimately meet all client objectives. The ideal candidate will be experienced in hiring management, driving change through others, teaching, inspiring excellence, and collaborating remotely to build a best-in-class leadership team.
Lastly, the Retail Sales VP will partner with internal 2020 Corporate leadership to ensure overall program success and internal alignment with key department stakeholders. You will routinely collaborate with department heads to ensure the program is meeting expectations and drive results by creating innovative ways of working, ultimately leading to ease of interaction across Corporate and client personnel. You will ensure both program profitability and program expansion by collaborating with senior leadership on program initiatives and new strategies.

* Prepares test environment when necessary to simulate, document or recreate errors or problems reported by customer to determine appropriate action. May prepare test environment and test new enhancements or other internal quality testing.
* Maintains familiarity with company products by attending training classes, observing experienced support personnel, reading software documentation, and participating in on-line training programs.
* May be involved in customer installations, upgrades, and training.
* Scheduled "after-hours" support as needed.
* May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support role installing and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server, Internet Information Services (IIS), SQL Server, Web Application and pooling within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) providing regional high availability.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience using Terraform in Cloud Infrastructure, Networking Infrastructure, Domain Name System (DNS) design and troubleshooting in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Octopus, Ansible and PowerShell using parameters to create custom cmdlets and deployment scripts in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
* Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Datadog, GitHub and GitHub Actions.
* Must be able to work on-call/after hours and nights/weekends as business needs dictate.
What would be nice for you to have:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Knowledge or experience with C# and Microsoft Visual Studio.
* Knowledge or experience with AppDynamics, AppInsights and/or Splunk.
* Knowledge or experience with reading HTML, XML, Event Log Viewer.
