Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for servicing assigned accounts, alongside Account Lead/Director. Provide exceptional account support to build and maintain a positive relationship between the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association and the Account.
Coordinate and lead, as needed, meetings with internal and external stakeholders, prepare agendas and presentations, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
Analyze existing accounts to qualify and validate client-specific needs, develop solution criteria, and maintain fulfillment patterns to address underlying issues and prevent recurrence; partner with internal teams to co-develop and implement recommended actions, monitor account preferences, and identify additional business opportunities to inform growth and sales strategies.
Maintain shared documentation and reporting to track account interactions, activations, and initiative execution, while streamlining communication processes and driving continuous improvement through feedback and efficiency tools
Perform market research to assist in determining future engagement strategy for clients. Work collaboratively with leadership and the product team to establish client business development strategies that align with organizational goals, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen long-term relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related area or equivalent work experience
Three (3) years of experience with Sales, Client Service, Field Service and or Marketing. Five (5) years of experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and resolve problems effectively under pressure, while clearly communicating solutions to colleagues and external stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinical Services as per the service definition and model fidelity requirements.

Complete all required Clinical Records and FCT documents with the child and family and ensure the documents are entered/uploaded timely in the Electronic Health Record, according to company standards.
Develop Service Plan in coordination with Treatment Team Process and maintain the plan per designated authorization processes in the clinician's area of service. Work collaboratively on behalf of the child and family with the identified Treatment Team members to ensure effective communication and coordinated service provision.
Provide psychoeducation as indicated in the Service Plan.
Conduct interventions with the family aligned with the FCT model to include facilitating the movement of the child and family through the four phases of treatment and completing all fidelity documents.

This position ensures timely verification of insurance benefits and financial clearance which has a direct impact to the organization's reimbursement from payers for patient accounts that are scheduled and unscheduled.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE**
Performs financial clearance of patient accounts by verifying insurance eligibility and benefits and ensuring all notifications and authorizations are completed within the required timeframe.
Completes appropriate payor forms related to notification and authorization.
Coordinates the submission of clinical documentation from physicians to payers for authorization needs.
Calculates accurate patient financial responsibility.
Communicates timely with Utilization Review, and collaborates effectively with physician and facility staff to ensure financial clearance of the patients account prior to scheduled or unscheduled service during the patient's hospital stay.
Interprets complex payer coverage information including, but not limited to, network participation status with provider, limited plan coverage and inactive benefits.
Documents systems according to the Insurance Verification guidelines to assure accurate and timely reimbursement.

As the Revenue Cycle Manager for HOPE Clinic, you focus on partnering with our patients to clearly understand their institutional goals, challenges, organizational structure, and key business drivers. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage overall medical billing operations such as ensuring effective flow of demographic changes and payment information, claims accuracy and timely submission, and account reconciliations;
Oversee aggressive follow-ups with accounts receivables (A/R), including preparation of denial appeals and distribution of patient statements;
Track fee schedules and insurance denials to ensure fully allowed reimbursements;
Identify and implement strategies to improve internal and patient billing processes;
Incorporate and execute quality assurance processes related to ensuring accurate patient billing activities;
Review and analyze patient accounts, identify trends and issues, and recommend solutions;
Collaborate with other team members to improve/maintain an overall positive work environment for the team;
Provide a high level of customer service to both practices and patients by identifying and efficiently resolving insurance and other billing-related issues;

Requirements:
