-
Warehouse and healthcare sectors continue to dominate vaccine mandates.
As companies adapt to ongoing health considerations, an increasing number are requiring their employees to be vaccinated.
However, some roles are still more likely than others to enforce vaccination requirements. Additionally, the prevalence of these mandates varies significantly by region and company policy.
We analyzed over three million job listings to identify the positions where candidates might need to be vaccinated—or consider other options.

How We Determined This
Our analysis utilized proprietary data from over three million job listings. Each listing that mentioned “vaccine” or “vaccination” was recorded as requiring vaccination.
While most of these listings do reference vaccination mandates, some include provisions for masking rules for vaccinated employees, vaccine bonuses, and similar criteria.
The data was then categorized by state and adjusted for job listings per capita.
Finally, we classified the data by job title, comparing the total number of jobs to those referring to vaccination.
Company and Job Mandates on the Rise
Although there is an upward trend in company and job mandates, the majority of job listings still do not require vaccinations.
In fact, even in the state with the highest percentage of job listings requiring vaccination, only 1.75% of listings mention it.
While workers in specific sectors, especially healthcare and warehousing, may encounter more listings that require vaccination, it remains a lesser concern for the majority of job seekers.
As companies continue to evaluate their health and safety protocols, the landscape of job requirements may change rapidly.
