**Responsibilities**

**Traveler Aluminum Welder** **Paying $28 / HR - $35 / HR + $150 per diem** These positions are open due to the Maneuver Support Vessel (MSV) project. Currently the company is in the production of making 32 of these ships over the next 10 years. Currently they are working on the construction of the prototypes but all of these ships are being built for the army and will be used to transport military vehicles. Weld test will be held in Vancouver, WA.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Must have experience on aluminum.
+ Must be able to describe this experience and pass a weld test.
+ Read blueprints and weld to specific instructions
+ On the job welding and fabricating on aluminum in and out of position.
+ MIG experience is a requirement and pulse arc experience is preferred.
+ Welding in multiple positions is preferred.
**Qualifications:**
+ Prior welding experience on aluminum.
**Environment/ Shift:**
+ Large scale manufacturer of structural steel and aluminum parts for government work including: bridges, dams, nuclear sites, boats and barges.
+ Clean shop that works almost exclusively with aluminum a majority of the time.
