Senior One Team Ambassador Deloitte Services LP includes internal support areas such as Marketing and Communications, Human Resources/Talent, Information Technology, Facilities Management, and Financial Support Services. Work You'll Do As part of the office Operations Team, the "One Team Ambassador" provides daily work and facility services to a varied group of professionals in a large corporate office environment. Working directly with Deloitte professionals, Ambassadors provide an array of hospitality-related and other services supporting meetings and events and the daily work environment while maintaining an understanding of Deloitte's business to optimize and customize the support they provide. This role requires a customer-centric, proactive, positive, and detail-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced team-oriented support model.
Responsibilities
+ Serving as primary customer support assisting or facilitating requests which may include facility/housekeeping issues, kitchen/pantry management, A/V troubleshooting, administrative tasks, and other office services/daily in-office support needs.
+ Supporting day-of execution for meetings and events including coordination with team/vendors, last-minute logistical needs, ensuring effective set-up/execution of the event, and providing course correcting instructions/directions (e.g., to vendors), when needed
+ Maximizing work and meeting space utilization by supporting the reservation and meeting space management process working with customers and the team to effectively use office space, including addressing space conflicts and negotiating space needs.
+ Managing and fostering relationships with customers, teams, vendors, and other key stakeholders through effective communications, collaboration, and engagement with the purpose of delivering a "best in class" experience.
+ Supports office services and related tasks which primarily include processing and delivery of mail/packages; support of visitor/customer reception desks and phones; requests for printing (including production and assembly of firm client documents and other deliverables); ordering and stocking of office supplies; general cleaning (non-janitorial activities); and general support for client records management.
+ Ensures physical space is maintained and in good repair by reviewing space and submitting requests for maintenance and general repairs. This includes lighting repairs, carpet cleaning needs, janitorial needs, etc. Follows-up to ensure all requests have been completed and to satisfaction.
+ Ensures working knowledge of department service offerings, office space, key office daily meetings and events, leadership and key groups, local amenities, building, and Deloitte protocols and procedures.
+ Fosters and builds positive relationships with team and customers, displays critical thinking skills, and communicates effectively and proactively, as needed.
+ Maintains and enforces standard office security procedures and security badging accessibly including performing any related duties (as assigned)
+ Perform other tasks and special projects as required or as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
Required:
+ Minimum of 3 years of related hospitality or office support experience in a corporate, hospitality, service-oriented, or customer-centric environment
+ High school diploma
+ Ability to work occasional overtime.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
+ Ability to be present in office Monday - Friday during assigned business hours

Our League Ambassadors are an essential ingredient to the success of our leagues. They are the eyes and ears at our venues and ensure all league games run smoothly. We are currently looking for responsible, reliable, and outgoing individuals to act as League Ambassadors for JAM Sports.
JAM Sports Ambassadors are responsible for:
Engaging with players each and every shift to ensure they are having the best possible experience before, during, and after games
Establishing a relationship with vendors, facilities, and the community to support our growing brand
Arriving at the venue location prior to game times to meet with the facility caretaker and/or venue staff
Setting up equipment for the sport that will be played that evening
Managing the venue throughout the course of the night to ensure that our players enter & exit the building at the appropriate times and through the appropriate doors
Ensuring that all games start and end at the correct times
Enforcing league rules and sportsmanship to create safe play during games
Assisting with any incidents and injuries as appropriate
Cleaning up the facility and packing up all equipment at the end of the night

Collecting and creating fun content for JAM's social media platforms (videos, action shots, player interactions etc.)

EXPECTED HOURS
Our leagues run Monday to Friday from roughly 5:45 pm until 12:00 am with some Saturday and Sunday shifts available as well (shifts will vary based on game times at a given venue).
Shift times are typically between 3 to 6 hours long depending on the venue.
Hours will vary depending on your availability, but preferences will be given to those who are committed to working consistent shifts on multiple evenings.
Responsibilities/times/locations all vary depending on your availability.
COMPENSATION
All of our League Ambassadors earn $15USD per hour to start. We have created a very clear hourly increase plan that showcases how you can achieve future hourly rate increases based on the number of shifts you have worked. The increases will be reflected starting the pay period after you hit the specific shift milestone.
Base Rate = $15 USD
After 50 Shifts = $16 USD
After 100 Shifts = $17 USD
After 200 Shifts = $18 USD
After 300 Shifts = $19 USD
League Ambassadors have the opportunity to participate in all of our tournaments at no charge (please note: that to be eligible to play in a tournament for free you must have a regular shift in the current season).

General Definition and Scope of Job
Assist patients and visitors with request for assistance in Harbor Dunes, Dunewood and Hospital locations. Provide information about health system and community services. Delivering excellent customer service to all and be available to answer questions that may arise.
JOB STATUS: Part Time 40 hours every two weeks, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
This position has an every other week rotation:
Week 1 and 3: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 10 to 6p
Week 2 and 4: Thursday, Friday 10 - 6 and Saturday 8 to 12p
What are the Minimum Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements?
High School diploma
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to relate to a wide variety of people
Ability to use active listening skills, be empathetic and non-objective
Knowledge of hospital and medical center helpful
Excellent oral communication skills
Ability to implement CPR and current BLS certification.
Valid Michigan Driver's license.
What are the Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities?
Assist the patient/family throughout their hospital visit.
Assist with requests for patient information.
Proactively provide excellent customer service to all who visit NOCH.
Direct complaints to appropriate staff via the online complaint process or through a department manager.
Address special needs that may arise for families/visitors.
Assist valet service when needed.
Assist information desk when needed.
Assist in screening patients, staff and guests coming into the facility when screener is busy or unavailable.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
What are the Critical Demands of the Job?
Must be able to stand for approximately 95% of the day.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to push a wheelchair.
