Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations * Required - Current, unencumbered (State Employed) License as a Physical Therapy Assistant * Preferred within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed) * AK: Required upon request - Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. Physical Demands and Work Environment: The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions. Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity are fundamental, along with the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Routine use of standard medical equipment and tools associated with clinical care is essential.
