What You'll Do
Participates in the daily activities and operations of the Mount Juliet Distribution Warehouse. Performs an array of functions that include verifying quantity, quality, and labeling of outgoing goods per customer order, ensuring that all customer orders have shipping labels and are packed to customer specs by performing the following duties:

Essential Functions:
* Maintenance or repair of torque related process equipment in a manufacturing environment.
* Install, test, calibrate, and repair simple and complex mechanical tools in a timely manner.
* Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance.
* Document repair and maintenance activity of equipment in the Cross Company database applications
* Be knowledgeable of the methods, practices and procedures for repair and calibration being performed.
* Document non-conformances and identify equipment reliability trends
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment
* Consistently maintain good work attendance and productive work ethic.
* Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as assigned
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:
* Strong mechanical, electronic and / or technical background in industrial environment preferred
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and excellent customer service skills in a fast paced world class automotive environment
* Must demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, honesty, integrity, and attention to detail

What You'll Do
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle routine needs that arise in the shipping area.
Identify and maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.
Perform maintenance in the receiving area to maintain a neat and organized distribution center.
Retrieve and transport products to assigned destinations.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company and OSHA safety standards.
Use SAP scanners, tablets, and other devices as assigned to complete assignments.
Continually meet production efficiency levels
Maintain quality of work (Accuracy is key)
Work independently and in a team environment willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary (Flexibility is a must).
Consistently work scheduled shifts and be on time to comply with the company attendance policy.
Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.
Be able to troubleshoot and correct problems that occur within your daily tasks.
Assist with container unloaders as needed.
Perform any other assignment/task given by any member of leadership.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an LTL/TL shipping environment.
Basic understanding of reach operator roles within a warehouse distribution environment.
Basic understanding of the SAP warehouse management system.

What You'll Do
Participates in the daily activities and operations of the Mount Juliet Distribution Warehouse. Performs an array of functions that include verifying quantity, quality, and labeling of outgoing goods per customer order, ensuring that all customer orders have shipping labels and are packed to customer specs by performing the following duties:
Process returned merchandise promptly and accurately, following established procedures and guidelines
Inspect returned items for damages, missing parts, and other defects, documenting any issues appropriately
Determine the appropriate disposition of returned items, such as restocking, repairing, or disposing of them
Update inventory records to reflect returned items and their status
Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure timely processing of returns and minimize inventory discrepancies
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety cleanliness standards
Communicate and coordinate with other departments, such as customer service and quality control, to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Follow all company policies and procedures related to returns, inventory management, and safety
Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including receiving and processing stock, picking and packing orders, and conducting inventory checks
Work independently and in a team environment, willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary (flexibility is a must)
Consistently work scheduled shifts and be on time in order to comply with company attendance policy
Report any unsafe work conditions that might occur

What We're Looking For
Skills and Conditions of Employment:
Must be 18 years or older
Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
The ability to work the 1st shift work schedule: currently Monday through Friday 6:30AM to 3:00PM
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
