Provides Virginia employers with a proven strategy for hiring and maintaining a trained and dedicated workforce through the Virginia Registered Apprenticeship Program (VRAP), which includes the identification of sponsor companies, intermediaries, educational providers and stakeholders. As part of the broader Virginia Works team, it works to develop, promote, evolve, and expand the VRAP. Provides prompt and efficient customer service to prospective and existing customers, including both employers and, when appropriate, job seekers; performs programmatic tasks to ensure compliance; provides assistance and/or training to new staff, as assigned; conducts Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) reviews and quality assurance (QA) assessments; actively engages with and contributes to their region's Business Services Team; and assists with special projects. Complete mandatory training to progress through the VRAP. Minimum Qualifications
