Key Responsibilities:

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and digital strategies, recommending innovations where appropriate.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Digital, NHSX, and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Document architectures, decisions, and processes in accordance with governance protocols.
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber security initiatives.
Key Experience:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect within large healthcare organisations.
- Hands-on experience with EPR systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic, System C, Allscripts, or similar).
- Demonstrable track record of delivering digital transformation projects in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, data standards (e.g., SNOMED CT, HL7, FHIR), and interoperability challenges.
- Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and data architecture principles.
- Proficiency in designing integrations using APIs, middleware, and messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premise/hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with data governance, information security, and GDPR compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Desirable Skills:
