What You Will Do:
Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics Architect to support our client's Case Management system. As an Architect, you will work with the technical team to design and deliver the case management solution within a given time, identify risks and mitigate the risk during the design phase. You will be responsible for high-quality projects. You will work with the client, PM, and BA and streamline the communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client's architectural and business needs
Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy
Lead data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes
Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM
Design and lead the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements
Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution
Work with technology and business groups to define project specifications
Develop technical solution designs and implementation plans and take full ownership of the Dynamics 365 solution
Interact with both prospective and current customers during product demos/evaluations
Enhance efficiency of development, testing and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 Implementations
Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, resolve risks and technical debt
Relay of the solution design to the development team and provide technical guidance during development of the solution to the development team.
Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required
What You Will Need:

Minimum of Eight (8) years of professional experience
Minimum of Five (5) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365)

The Lead HPC Architect, Cybersecurity, High Performance Computational and Data Ecosystem, is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the cybersecurity infrastructure and technical operations of Scientific Computing's computational and data science ecosystem. This ecosystem includes a 25,000+ core and 40+ petabyte usable high-performance computing (HPC) systems, clinical research databases, and a software development infrastructure for local and national projects. The HPC system is the fastest in the world at any academic biomedical center (Top 500 list).
To meet Sinai's scientific and clinical goals, the Lead brings a strategic, tactical and customer-focused vision to evolve the ecosystem to be continually more resilient, secure, scalable and productive for basic and translational biomedical research. Key Responsibilities:
HPC Cybersecurity & System Administration:
Design, implement, and manage all cybersecurity operations within the HPC environment, ensuring alignment with industry standards (NIST, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA, CMMC, NYC Cyber Command, etc.).
Implement best practices for data security, including but not limited to encryption (at rest, in transit, and in use), audit logging, access control, authentication control, configuration managements, secure enclaves, and confidential computing.
Perform full-spectrum HPC system administration: installation, monitoring, maintenance, usage reporting, troubleshooting, backup and performance tuning across HPC applications, web service, database, job scheduler, networking, storage, computes, and hardware to optimize workload efficiency.
Lead resolution of complex cybersecurity and system issues; provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
Ensure that all designs and implementations meet cybersecurity, performance, scalability, and reliability goals. Ensure that the design and operation of the HPC ecosystem is productive for research.
Lead the integration of HPC resources with laboratory equipment for data ingestion aligned with all regulatory such as genomic sequencers, microscopy, clinical system etc.
Develop, review and maintain security policies, risk assessments, and compliance documentation accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with institutional IT, compliance, and research teams to ensure all regulatory, Sinai Policy and operational alignment.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or another scientific field. Master's or PhD preferred.
10 years of progressive HPC system administration experience with Enterprise Linux releases including RedHat/CentOS/Rocky Systems, and batch cluster environment.
Experience with all aspects of high-throughput HPC including schedulers (LSF or Slurm), networking (Infiniband/Gigabit Ethernet), parallel file systems and storage, configuration management systems (xCAT, Puppet and/or Ansible), etc.
Proficient in cybersecurity processes, posture, regulations, approaches, protocols, firewalls, data protection in a regulated environment (e.g. finance, healthcare).

Position Responsibilities:
Research and prepare zoning analysis and constraints for complex mixed-use projects in NYC.
Prepare feasibility studies including concept level floor plans, massing diagrams, area and residential unit yield summaries.
Prepare materials for rezoning projects through processes such as ULURP or GPP.
Prepare presentation drawings including master plan concepts, illustrative site plans, and massing views for larger Urban Design projects.
Prepare zoning study proposals and manage zoning study projects and teams.
Collaborate and coordinate with consultants and/or land use counsel to review architectural and zoning compliance.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of related experience.
A graduate of an accredited Masters or Bachelor of Architecture or Urban Design/Planning degree program or related combination.
Must have experience working with the NYC Zoning Resolution and an understanding of the NYC rezoning process.
Able to work across multiple scales, with experience working on large teams on complex neighborhood scale planning projects to working on small teams producing feasibility studies for complex mixed-use buildings.
Must have familiarity with various building types and planning standards.
Work experience at NYC Department of City Planning preferred or other similar city agencies.
Must be proactive, detail-oriented and a self-starter, able to prioritize and multi-task.
Must be hardworking and a team player.
LEED accredited preferred.
Candidate should be proficient with 2D, 3D, graphic and other related design software.
