Anticipated Responsibilities Include: · Creatively and competently lead projects through all phases of service from project commencement through construction closeout · Collaboration with Principals to develop appropriate, responsive and innovative project design strategies · Meeting firm design quality and innovation expectations through understanding and application of current and emergency industry standards · Execution of technical drawings and specifications of high quality and accuracy · Lead teams of consulting engineers and specialists · Ensure technical documents meet all requirements and are fully coordinated · Work with KG+D Assistant Project Managers to obtain all project permits · Lead bidding and procurement phase services · Participate in construction phase services in coordination with Construction Administration team members · Ensure projects are delivered on-budget and on-time · Develop and maintain professional relationships with key client contacts and maintain client satisfaction · Attend client meetings and present key information, including design and technical solutions · Strategic professional development in alignment with key drivers for KG+D Architects Preferred Qualifications and Experience: · Passion for design and technical solutions · Strong work ethic · Excellent ability to communicate · Ability to positively contribute in a team environment · Professional Licensure and 10+ years of professional experience. · Experience with educational or commercial projects. · Proficiency working in Revit. · Knowledge of specifications · Strong experience delivering design and technical experience through all phases of service The annual salary for this position generally ranges between $105,000 and $145,000 and shall be commensurate with candidate qualifications and experience.
