Requirements
YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE:
Leading the technical design aspects on a variety of projects.
Assisting Project Managers in developing contract/proposal tasks and budgets in coordination with the Marketing Group.
Mentoring junior staff on technical aspects of the profession
Overseeing production work throughout all project phases.
Providing constructability reviews of construction documentation
Coordinate with consultants and assist the Project Manager in client and agency coordination.
Enjoy working on a variety of project types.
Being an ambassador of RRM.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
Bachelor's degree in architecture.
Seven (7) years of practical experience in the management and design of projects
Experience in REVIT.
Active CaliforniaArchitectural licensure.
Familiarity with California codes, facilitating projects through enforcement agencies, and contract administration.
Current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications, and trends.
Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
Excellent architectural detailing skills.
