    Who We Need The Teamcenter Jr. Architect works with industrial and military clients to elicit requirements, recommend design solutions, install Teamcenter, and configure the product to include BMIDE, workflows, and connections to ancillary products (e.g., SQL Server). This position requires an understanding of Teamcenter and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. The ideal candidate must be able to gather functional requirements and assist clients in trade-space analysis to evolve efficient and effective solution configurations. An understanding of configuration best practices and the ability to troubleshoot issues to resolution is key. Knowledge of Agile software development processes is a plus. This role will be part of a broader solution team, so expertise in all areas of Teamcenter is not required. However, it is expected that the candidate can install Teamcenter, create business objects/attributes, work with style sheets for data presentation, interact with the BMIDE, configure workflows, manage organization/groups/roles, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues. Elicit requirements from clients and understand manufacturing-specific requirements in PLM. Support trade-space analysis with clients to evolve efficient configurations. Size environments (VMs, GPUs, CPUs, RAM) and advise system administrators on infrastructure needs. Advise on the Teamcenter technical stack. Create briefings and technical documents to assist clients in trade-space decisions. Install Teamcenter and extend its data model to support client needs. Configure workflows and support bulk data migration. Test deployed solutions and troubleshoot anomalies to resolution. Coordinate issue resolution with leadership, client organizations, and infrastructure/software support teams. Analyze system performance and optimize as needed. Work with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, ISSEs, SMEs, and administrators to accomplish objectives. Qualifications Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen. Ability to obtain Secret clearance. 2+ years of digital engineering technology experience. Basic knowledge of Siemens product installation and configuration (with emphasis on Teamcenter). Strong spoken and written English skills. Experience delivering presentations to clients. Able to acquire/maintain an IAT II certification (e.g., Security+). Experience working with digital engineering technologies and files (e.g., Multi-CAD).
